The Free Plan
If you want to use SalesTitan.io to organize your projects in a basic way, the Free Plan (previously named the “Individual Plan”) is free for you. This plan provides you with all the essential features of the platform. Here are the features that are included in the Free Plan:
- Main boards with limitation
All members of your team can access and view the main boards under the Free Plan. You can create multiple main boards, but there is a limit on the number of items that can be created in your account. For further details on the restrictions of the Free Plan, refer to this article.
- Communication
You can use the @mention feature to communicate with your team members contextually. Additionally, you can create teams and manage all your files through the updates section of each item.
- Simple search function
You can use the board filter feature to filter tasks or specific information within a board. This feature is available on each of your boards. You can find more details here to learn more about the board filter.
If you need to filter anything across your entire SalesTitan.io account, you may need to upgrade to the Standard Plan, which offers the Search Everything feature.
- Limited Column Center
All columns in the column center are available on the Free Plan except for the formula and time tracking columns. If you want to know more about the available column options, please refer to this article.
- Files View
The Files View feature lets you access all the files uploaded to a board from a single place, either as a list or thumbnails. This feature lets you preview, download, or open the files in the associated update section. For more information, please refer to this article.
- Forms View

- Kanban View

- One board per dashboard
Dashboards are an effective way to present crucial information in one location. The available 15 widgets enable you to monitor project advancement, expenses, and many other aspects. With the Free Plan, you can make unlimited dashboards and widgets. However, each dashboard can display information from only one board.
- 500 MB Storage
More storage provides additional capacity to store various files, images, and essential documents.
The Basic Plan
The Basic Plan is designed to provide users with fundamental features of the SalesTitan.io platform, making it a suitable option for straightforwardly organizing projects and collaborating with your team. The plan offers the following features:
- Unlimited viewers
You can invite an unlimited number of viewers to your account without affecting your billing plan. You can find out more about viewers by clicking on this link.
- Main boards
All team members can see and use the main boards, and you can create as many as you want for yourself and your team. Additionally, there are board templates available if you need some ideas.
- Communication
Using the “@ mention” feature, you can communicate with your team members in a relevant context. Additionally, you can create teams and oversee all your files through the updates section of each item.
- Simple search function

- Limited Column Center

- 1 board per dashboard
Dashboards provide an excellent opportunity to showcase essential information in one place. With 15 available widgets, team members can keep track of project progress, monitor the budget, estimate their colleagues’ workload, and perform several other functions. In the Basic plan, you can create as many dashboards and widgets as you desire, but each dashboard can display information from only one board. Consequently, your capacity to analyze data across multiple boards using dashboards is restricted with this plan.

The Starter Plan
The most popular subscription option is the Standard Plan, which includes all the features provided in the Basic Plan along with the following:
- Limited guests
Under the Starter Plan, you can invite up to three guests without any additional charge. However, the fourth guest will be considered a billed team member. Every group of four guests will be counted as one billed team member. To acquire more information about guests, refer to this article.
- Shareable boards

- The Timeline

- Advanced filter search
You can search for anything within your account, including files, updates, and items, using the Search Everything function. Additionally, the board filter can be used to sort any data within a board.
- The Calendar View

For the deadline mode to function, you will require a status column and a date or timeline column. Are you seeking to streamline your workflow and eliminate manual tasks? Do you want to connect SalesTitan.io with other applications? You can limitlessly integrate with platforms like Excel, Google Drive, Dropbox, and your calendar on the Standard plan.

The Standard plan offers the ability to create numerous dashboards and widgets, which can be customized to display key information in one place. This includes various features such as tracking project progress, managing budgets, and estimating workload. While there is no limit to the number of dashboards and widgets that can be created, each dashboard can only show information from up to five different boards.

Increased storage capacity provides additional space for storing files, images, and critical documents.
The Professional Plan
The Professional Plan, which is the plan used during your trial, is the most advanced plan available. It encompasses all the features of the Basic and Standard plans in addition to the following features:
- Higher Automations/ Integrations limit

- Advance permission and restriction settings
With permissions and restrictions, you can determine who can access and modify the content of a board and its columns.
- The Workload View
By adding the workload view to your board, you can get a clear and comprehensive overview of how the workload is distributed among your team members. This feature lets you quickly determine which team members are overburdened and adjust the workload accordingly by assigning upcoming tasks to other members or rescheduling existing ones.
