Want to know how to monitor the progress of your team? The Activity Log contains the solution. Track board changes all in one spot to stay informed at all times!
Activities Changes on Board Specific Activity History
Activity log changes on the board can be seen by utilizing a number of columns such as: Latest Communication, Latest Communication Date, Latest Communication User, First Communication, and First Communication Date. Giving users a quick glance of which leads need to be followed up with and which leads are in a great place. These columns will update in real time
Note: You can also see updates on creation date and last modification date directly by clicking on the start conversation button the right of the command center.
Command Center Activity History Overview
The right side of your board’s board opens up when you select “start conversation” revealing a panel. By clicking the dotted icon to the left of the panel and dragging left to the desired height, you can resize this panel for an improved appearance:
How it Works?
Depending on the plan you are on, different information is shown on the Board Activity.
- Following are the limits set for each plan.
- In Basic plan. you can only view the action from the previous week.
- The Standard package Activity data is retained for six months.
- The Pro package Data is stored for up to a year.
- Data storage in the Enterprise package is limited to five years.

Monitor your Automations:
Even the modifications made by the Automation that you have configured on your board are visible! Here is a summary of the automation that we use on this board as an illustration:
The changes that an Automation was designed to make are updated in the Board Activity Log once it has been triggered! An icon for automation appears: where the individual who made the change is shown below:
Track modifications to permissions
Additionally, you can see modifications to your board! For instance: You can view every recent modification to this board’s permission options here,
Filtering through the History Log
The Board Activity Log can be filtered only to show the changes that are relevant to you right now. Simply pick the filters you want to use and click “Filter Log”! You have the option of filtering by the date of the updates, the group that was updated, or the changed column!
Note: The Pro and Enterprise versions include access to the Filter Log. While in the Basic and Standard plans, filters can only be done by the one who made the modifications.
A recent view – “Last View”
You can tell who is keeping up with your team’s productivity and how frequently they check in by looking at the Last Viewed Log, which records when each member of your team last accessed your board.
Click the “Last Viewed” tab to open this record from your Board Activity Log, as shown here:
Updates
You can view a list of the most recent updates to the things on your board in the Updates Log. From this window, you can view the full update, as well as “reply” or “like” it. You can see the individual who updated it, the name of the board, the name of the category, and the name of the item that was updated at the top of every update!
Export to Spreadsheet (MS Excel or Google Sheets)
You can transfer your item, subitem, or board activity log to MS Excel or Google Sheets! It’s really very easy! To access the created file, simply select the Excel icon in the “Activity Log” tab at the upper right of your screen.

Note: When exporting the activity record, only changes in column values will be visible; items that are added, removed, or moved won’t be visible.
