To downgrade means to make any changes to your current plan such as decreasing the number of seats, shifting to a lower tier, or switching from a yearly plan to a monthly schedule. The following steps explain how to proceed with a downgrade.
How do I downgrade?
To initiate a plan downgrade, navigate to your account’s “Admin” area.
Next, select the “Billing” tab on the left:
Under the “Plan details” section, select “Change plan.”
After selecting the desired plan to downgrade, you must fill out a contact form with your information. Once this is done, one of our representatives will contact you to complete the process.
When will my plan change?
Your new plan will not take effect immediately; rather, it will start at the end of your current billing cycle. This means that your plan will change on your next renewal date.
To determine the precise date when your new plan will come into effect, go to the “Admin” section of your account and select “Billing”. Under “Plan details”, a blue banner will display the date when your plan will change.
What if there are changes to my plan prior to the renewal?
This is a little tricky, but we’re happy to walk you through it.
If you change your mind about downgrading, you can cancel it by visiting the “Billing” tab under your account’s “Admin” section. Look for the blue banner under “Plan details” which indicates when the downgrade will take effect. On this banner, there is a “Cancel update” button. Simply click on it and follow the prompts to cancel your downgrade.
