When a submission is gathered from an external form in SalesTitan, a non-SalesTitan form is generated on your forms dashboard.
If you prefer to use an SalesTitan form instead of your external form, you can transform your external non-SalesTitan form into an SalesTitan form with the same fields.
You can then integrate this SalesTitan form to substitute the existing non-SalesTitan form on your external page.
To do this:
- In your SalesTitan account, go to Marketing > Lead Generation > Forms.
- At the top left, click the Form type dropdown menu and choose Non-SalesTitan.
- Hover over the non-SalesTitan form you wish to convert and click the Actions dropdown menu. Then, select Copy to SalesTitan.
- In the dialog box, click Copy to SalesTitan to create an SalesTitan form with all the same form fields.
- Once the SalesTitan form is prepared, you’ll be directed to the form editor where you can customize your form fields and options.
- Click Publish.
- Embed the newly copied form on your website to replace the existing non-SalesTitan form.
The newly created SalesTitan form can be identified by the term “Converted” in the title of your original form. The original non-SalesTitan form will persist in your portal as a copy for historical data.
