SalesTitan Dashboard Metrics

The metrics provided below can be analyzed directly on the SalesTitan dashboard. When assessing these metrics, please consider the following:

1. These metrics are influenced by the chosen attribution model, and as a result, they might differ from other metrics (e.g., comparing the Revenue from deals metric with the Closed revenue by source report) due to the application of a distinct attribution model.

2. It is advisable to synchronize the time zone in your SalesTitan account with that of your external ad platforms to prevent inconsistencies among metrics, such as ad spend.

3. Metrics directly sourced from the connected ad network will consistently be visible, whereas metrics calculated by SalesTitan will only be shown if the ad campaign is being tracked:

  • Any metrics directly sourced from the ad network, like impressions or clicks, will be displayed regardless of whether the ad campaign is tracked.
  • Metrics calculated by SalesTitan (e.g., total contacts or cost per contact) can only be reported if the campaign is tracked.
